MasterTech, however, assumes this risk by providing coverage in the event of a covered mechanical breakdown.

Rental Car Reimbursement
If your vehicle is kept overnight at the repair facility for covered repairs, rental car coverage is provided up to $40 per day, up to 6 days.
Towing
MasterTech will reimburse up to $75 per occurrence for towing expenses when a covered breakdown occurs. If you return to the selling dealer, reimbursement is available up to $100 per occurrence, plus an additional $25 if over 50 miles from the selling dealer, for a maximum of $125 per occurence.
Roadside Assistance
Emergency roadside service benefits are provided up to $100 per occurrence. Benefits are available for towing, fluid delivery, vehicle extrication assistance, battery start service, spare tire mounting assistance, and lock-out service. Service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (866) 300-8579. You do not need to worry about the bill.

Emergency Travel Interruption
If you are 100 miles or more from home when you have a covered breakdown, MasterTech will pay up to $100 per day, for a maximum of $500 per occurrence, for commercial lodging and food.
Manufacturer's Warranty Deductible
When a breakdown is covered by a warranty issued by the manufacturer of your vehicle, MasterTech will reimburse you up to a maximum of one $100, if a deductible applies.
Renewable Coverage
You may be eligible to purchase an extension contract for your covered vehicle from the original selling dealer prior to the original contract expiration date. Conditions apply. Please ask your dealer for additional information.
